This past Saturday, November 23, the traditional World Ski Awards gala was held, where the best ski resorts in the world are awarded worldwide, which won Val Thorens (France). By country, Boí Taull was the best in Spain and Vallnord in Andorra.
The World Ski Awards , created in 2013, are the only global initiative to recognize, reward and celebrate excellence in the snow tourism industry. This organization is the little sister of the World Travel Awards, which last year celebrated its 25th anniversary.
Throughout the year, a large number of professionals in the sector, as well as hundreds of thousands of skiers from around the world, have been voting for those they consider the best in each range, including ski resorts, space for the Freestyle, best hotels of all kinds, or ski lift companies with better business management. There are also prizes for travel agencies, tour operators, heli-ski companies, etc.
Boí Taull picked up the prize for the first time last year , succeeding Cerler, but this year he has won again for the second consecutive year. The event was attended by the Director of Boí Taull, David Ros and the rest of the management team, Patxi Garralda and Xavier González .
They were nominated by Spain, Cerler, Formigal, Astún, Baqueira Beret, Candanchú, Masella and Sierra Nevada.
- Best ski resort in Spain: Boí Taull
- Best hotel in Spain: Rafaelhoteles by La Pleta (Vall d'Arán)

Fair but possible deadlines for the new gondola lift that should connect the village of Benasque with the ski slopes of Cerler. If all goes well, the manufacturer will be awarded this summer, and in autumn they will start working for December 2025 to be able to release it.
and be the first to receive great ski deals!
