Ordino Arcalís advances the opening of slopes to tomorrow, Thursday December 1. The snowfalls of the last few days and the drop in temperatures, which have allowed the production of farm snow, guarantee the set-up of the Ordinense station one day ahead of schedule and with good conditions, with 40% of the slopes open and 25% of active lifts. Specifically, the Tristaina Gondola, the TSD Basera, the TSD La Coma and the TK Orri will be open this Thursday from 9 am, while Terragalls, La Coma, La Balma, the lower part of Hortell, La Canaleta, Els Orris and the Tunnel will be the slopes available for skiers. At the same time, the station's technical teams will continue working to enable more tracks and gadgets for the weekend, and also during the Immaculate Conception bridge.
Likewise, from this Thursday the Planells ski school, the snow garden, the nursery, the equipment rental shops and the Hortell ticket offices will also open. In this sense, customers of the Grandvalira Resorts Season Ski Passes will now also be able to collect their Ski Passes at this point in the Hortell. As for the restoration points, the La Coma and Hortell restaurants will be open, while the cafeteria and fast food will be available at the Planells restaurant.
For their part, Pal Arinsal and Grandvalira will open to the public this Friday, December 2, as planned. In this sense, Grandvalira Resorts will shortly announce the exact opening conditions in Pal Arinsal and Grandvalira (slopes, ski lifts, snow depths, activities, services, restaurants...), which will evolve over the next few days based on weather forecasts. , which predict more snowfall and low temperatures.
