The first phase of the Boí Taüll zip line has already been tendered. It will start between the third section of the access road of the ski resort and the 2050 meters altitude, in front of the Telesilla vaques and next to the Terrassa del Ginebrell bathhouse, in the Pla de vaques. The initial investment is about 750,000 Euros, equally shared between FGC as owner of the winter resort and the Vall de Boí Town Council as owner of the land.
The aim of the Boí Taüll Tyrolean traverse is to widen the range of activities so that the ski resort can be deseasonalized and become, from spring onwards, a mountain resort also during the summer, thus guaranteeing a tourist exploitation almost all year round.
The Bo'Taull zip line will be able to reach 100 km/h in its second phase.
This first tendered section will be only 200 meters long and will have a clearly familiar profile, but the objective is to tender a second phase shortly for another 750,000 euros, to complete a total route of 1.2 kilometers in length, which will allow reaching a speed of up to 100 km/h. with the base at the Boí Taull car park lot.
It will thus be the fifth longest zip line in Spain, where the Tirolona de Ordesa stands out, with a 2-kilometer route that allows reaching a whopping 189 km/h, a European record.
Tirolina de Ordesa: 2036 meters.
Fuentespalda Tyrolean traverse: 1980 meters
Tirolina of Liébana: 1600 meters
Tirolina de Alhaurín de la Torre: 1350 meters

If in winter the ski resort becomes the epicenter of tourism, in summer the capital is Barruera, from where you can hire mountain bikes, guides for hiking, or stay to go to one of the gates of the Parc Nacional de Aiguestortes i Llac de Sant Maurici.
Hiking, biking and culture focus tourism in the Vall de Boí in summer.
The offer of activities in summer in the ski resort is currently very reduced to the ascent in the chairlift to do some hiking trails. The Boí Taüll Tyrolean traverse will allow to begin to open the offer outside the winter hotel offer and with it to invoice in other concepts as the restoration.
The objective is to try to inaugurate the Boí Taüll Tyrolean traverse this coming summer.
Fair but possible deadlines for the new gondola lift that should connect the village of Benasque with the ski slopes of Cerler. If all goes well, the manufacturer will be awarded this summer, and in autumn they will start working for December 2025 to be able to release it.
