The Résidence Le Borsat IV 2* is located directly on the slopes, at the top of Val Claret (Tignes), and the first chairlift is just 50 metres from the residence.

Of traditional architecture, it has 62 studios and apartments, spread over 6 floors with elevator, all with kitchen equipped with; electric stove, microwave-oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster. The bathroom has shower or bathtub and separate WC, except some studios which have the WC in the same bathroom. Free wifi is only available at the reception.

The layout of the studios/apartments/rooms is as follows:

• Studio for 4 people (23^m2): living/dining room with asingle sofa couch for 2 people, cabin with sliding door with a single sofa couch for 2 people.

The pleasant apartments of Les Résidences Val Claret are located in the center of Val Claret, about 150 m from the slopes, ski lifts and stores.

The apartments Le Hameau du Borsat are located about 20 meters from the stores, 50 meters from the ski resort and 500 meters from the first Nordic ski trails.

They offer accommodation from 4 to 2/3 rooms for 6 people, equipped with kitchenette, oven or microwave, dishwasher (except in the studios), bathroom with WC and pay TV.
Some studio cabins for 4 people are equipped for people with reduced mobility (booking required).

If in the same booking there is more than 1 studio or apartment, the real estate agency will try to confirm them in the same building, but it cannot be guaranteed. Incase there is no availability in the same building, the real estate agency will try to place you as close as possible.

Right next to the accommodation you have access to the ski lifts that will allow you to access the slopes quickly and comfortably. You also have the Lagoon Swimming Pools next door.

With the 2 to 6 days Espace Killy ski pass you will have a ticket for the Lagoon pools.
