1. Val Thorens

It's known for being one of the most snowsure ski resorts in Europe. Here we have a great selection of self-catered apartments located on the slopes. Alternative activities on the slopes include two exciting zipwires. La Tyrolienne at 3,230m connects the Orelle and Val Thorens ski areas with a flight of over 1,300m up to 250m above the ground!

2. Courchevel

Rated as one of the best ski resorts in the world for beginner and intermediate skiers. Courchevel Village 1550 is quite budget-friendly and La Tania is another great location where we have a good selection of self-catered apartments at an excellent price.

3. Les 2 Alpes

Another snow-sure ski resort in France due to its glacier skiing. It's an excellent ski destination if you're traveling with skiers and snowboarders of all levels. If you're travelling with non-skiers, you can try the outdoor heated swimming pool , the ice rink and a sports centre.

4. Chamonix

This ski resort is rated as one of the top ten ski resorts in Europe. It is ideal for intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders. If you're skiing with children, there are also areas for beginners and nursery and kiddies programs. 5. Tignes

6. Val d'Isère

A brilliant ski destination for Half-term as it has a great record of snow during the month of February and has loads to offer both on and off the slopes. If you're skiing with children, they have excellent ski schools and 2 nursery slopes. There are also plenty of enjoyable runs you can all do as a family. 7. La Plagne

This ski area is part of a huge ski resort called Paradiski that spread across 425 km (Les Arcs-Peisey Vallandry and La Plagne-Les Coches). It's the ideal ski resort for lower intermediate skiers and snowboarders, so it's perfect for a family ski holiday.
