Vall de Núria is located 2,000 m above sea level in the Eastern Pyrenees of Girona, within the municipal area of Queralbs in the Ripollés region. Together with the Vallter 2.000 resort, it is the easternmost of the Catalan Pyrenees ski resorts.



It has 7.6 skiable km , divided into 11 slopes : 3 green, 3 blue, 3 red and 2 black. And it also has a great artificial snow system ;)
 

The Vall de Núria ski resort stands out for its great beauty and the special appeal of its rack railway . To access it, you must get on the FGC Group Funicular-Rack Railway (Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya) that can be taken from Ribes de Freser or from Queralbs. The route is 12 km and saves a 1,000 m elevation gain.
