Known as the "Island of the Sun", Alpe d'Huez is one of the sunniest ski resorts in the French Alps, located in the Grandes Rousses massif. This ski resort boasts an extensive variety of slopes for all levels and breathtaking views of the Romanche valley and surrounding peaks. The resort, located at an altitude of 1,860 metres, offers 250 km of slopes and the famous 16 km long Sarenne black run, one of the longest in the world. Alpe d'Huez is an excellent destination for those who want a full day of skiing as well as for those looking for alternative activities and a vibrant environment.

What type of skier is it suitable for?
