Information about Les 3 Vallées

The ski resort of Les Trois Vallées, located in the Tarentaise Valley, in the heart of the French Alps, is the largest ski area in the world, with more than 600 km of interconnected slopes accessible with a single ski pass.It is a grouping of 8 ski resorts: Courchevel, La Tania, Brides-les-Bains, Méribel, Val Thorens, Les Menuires - St. Martin de Belleville, Maurienne and Oreille.

If there is one thing that makes the resort of Les Trois Vallées stand out from the others, it is its altitude, which allows them to start the ski season early, end it late and have good snow while it is open. To confirm this, you only have to see that 85% of its slopes are above 1800 metres or that in Val Thorens or Oreille we can ski at 3200m. In fact, it is usual that some of the first races of the European circuit of the world championship are held here.
