France reopens borders to UK tourists for Ski 2021/22
It’s time to rebook that french ski holiday! France has lifted its blanket ban on UK travellers enabling vaccinated tourists to return.
Due to the rapid spread of the Omicron variant, France had effectively shut its borders to all travellers from the UK over the festive period. Fully-jabbed Brits will now be allowed in – as long as they can present proof of vaccination and a negative lateral flow. And there are two forms you need to fill out: a ‘passenger arrival form’ and one confirming you don’t have Covid
The move opens up ski holidays in the country, as well as family trips booked for the February 2022 half term ski holiday, this has led to a surge of holiday bookings from those eager to hit the slopes.
The snow conditions in France are excellent right now! Over the past week, france has been blessed with +40cms across most ski resorts.
