From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, the treatment of the staff is exceptional. The hotel services cannot be improved. You notice that everything is done to make your stay unbeatable. The friendliness of the staff in general is excellent. All the facilities are very good. The room was perfectly soundproofed, spacious, the bed was great, the bathroom was large, and the shower was large. The restaurant is very good, with a varied and expandable menu with a varied menu. Great breakfast, with a variety of everything. The ski lockers service is amazing. You have them at the hotel door in the morning and you leave them when you finish in the afternoon in the same place and they are in charge of picking them up. You take off your boots and place them on stands that dry them and keep them warm the next day. The unbeatable location, in 30 meters you have access to the slopes. The spa area is also very good, enough to relax after a day of skiing. They take care of everything in detail, even the smell of the hotel is pleasant. Without a doubt I will return next year.

Es un hotel de 10. Desde que llegas hasta que te vas el trato del personal es excepcional. Los servicios del hotel no pueden mejorarse. Notas que todo está hecho para que tu estancia sea inmejorable. La amabilidad del personal en general es excelente. Todas las instalaciones están muy bien. La habitación perfectamente insonorizada, amplia, la cama estupenda, el baño grande y la ducha amplia. El restaurante muy bien, con un menú variado y ampliable con carta también variada. El desayuno estupendo, con variedad de todo. El servicio de guarda esquís es una pasada. Los tienes en la puerta del hotel por la mañana y los dejas cuando terminas por la tarde en el mismo sitio y ellos se encargan de recogerlos. Las botas te las quitas y las colocan en unos soportes que las secan y las tienes calientes al día siguiente. La ubicación inmejorable, en 30 metros tienes un acceso a pistas. La zona de spa también está muy bien, suficiente para relajarte después del dia de esquí. Lo cuidan todo al detalle, hasta el olor del hotel es agradable. Sin lugar a duda volveré el año que viene.

7.5 Jordi travelled with couple December 2023 Booked on Esquiades.com Good * Incredible ski service. They keep your boots in a heater, they take you out and store your skis... They have a small store. They go out of their way to serve you! Out of 10. But out of 10, very good service. * Valet car park (even though they lied to me) very friendly and helpful. * Large, warm room, good shower, good bed. * At the foot of the slopes, 1 minute walk * The spa is appreciated, although it only has hot water in a small pool, the main one is warm/cold. *Although I speak some French, almost all the staff spoke to me in perfect English and some in Spanish

* Servicio de esqui increible. Te guardan las botas en un calentador, te sacan y guardan esquis... Tienen una pequeña tienda. Se desviven por servirte ! De 10. Muy incómodo. * Pagas más de 50 euros por la cena por persona (pagué media pensión) y tienes 3 platos de cada para escoger y sino has de pagar extra. Me parece vergonzoso. Además no cambian el menú en toda la semana, con lo cual se hace muy repetitivo. Si que cada día cambia un plato de cada : sopa del dia, entrante del dia, carne o pescado del día. * El desayuno muy pobre. Zumo de naranja de botella en un 5 estrellas tan caro ! Poca variedad de pastas y comida en general.
