About the accommodation

In the middle zone we begin to see more recent constructions than those in the lower zone and the prices are also more economical.

Regarding services, there are supermarkets, restaurants and a small leisure area, although less than in the lower zone, but sufficient and quieter.

Right in the middle zone is the stop of the Parador chairlift, and if you are a good skier, you can ski from some buildings directly to the slopes.

ACCOMMODATION

Apartment Penibetico 1: It has a bedroom with a double bed and capacity for four people thanks to a double sofa bed in the living room.
With mountain views, it is located in the lower middle area, right in front of the Parador I chairlift stop.

Apartment Penibético IV: Apartment with three bedrooms, cozy and very complete, ideal to spend a few days with the family. Two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. With mountain views and right in front of the first stop of the Parador chairlift.

Apartment Penibético II: Three-bedroom apartment for up to eight people in the middle area of the resort. Located 200m from the first stop of the chairlift, it is a perfect area for families.

Europa Apartment: Beautiful apartment renovated in the fall of 2019. It has bedroom with two single beds and a large living room with sofa bed. The kitchen, fully equipped and with a very modern design, and the spacious bathroom complete a modern, functional and very comfortable apartment in one of the best areas of Sierra Nevada.

Penibetico Penthouse Apartment: Spectacular penthouse apartment in front of the first stop of the chairlift. With capacity for eight people, it has four bedrooms, two fully-equipped bathrooms and a large kitchen integrated in the living room.

Arttyco 2 Bedroom Apartment: Magnificent apartment located in the middle area, just to the right of the first stop of the chairlift. Perfectly informed with the whole resort and with private car park space in the building. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds; both with large built-in closets.

Monte Oiz Apartment: Beautiful apartment for four people in the middle area of the station. Completely renovated, it has a bunk bed and a comfortable and spacious sofa bed for two people.

Apartment Triplex Mulhacén: Spectacular holidaylex apartment for six people in the heart of Sierra Nevada. With three bedrooms, one per floor, it is ideal for families and couples for the independence it provides. It has three bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as a terrace with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada.

 

 

IMEDA EDELWEISS Apartment: This beautiful and cozy apartment is located in the middle area, in the Edelweiss building. With one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room area, it is ideal for a couple or family with small children. It has a bathroom, kitchenette kitchen and fireplace that provides great comfort and warmth.

Dúplex el Madroño: Wonderful chalet in the middle area of the resort, a few steps from the ski lift stop. It has a large living room with fireplace, and thanks to its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it offers great space for the six people that can be accommodated.

Europa 2 Bedroom Apartment: Spacious and comfortable apartment right next to the ski lift stop. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds. Spacious living room and independent kitchen. The bathroom, very spacious, has two showers.

Arttyco one-bedroom apartment: The Arttyco one-bedroom apartments are two apartments with capacity for four people connected through a door in the living room. They are ideal for two families, although they can also be booked separately (each apartment maintains its privacy). Right next to the first stop of the ski lift, and with car park space, they are spacious and comfortable for a perfect stay in Sierra Nevada.

Penthouse 3 bedrooms: Large apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with large living room and kitchen. Unbeatable views and right in front of the first stop of the ski lift.

EUROPA STUDIO: Beautiful studio for two people right next to the first stop of the ski lift. Very cozy and comfortable, it has everything you need for a couple's stay. With private outdoor car park area in the same building, to make your stay much more comfortable.
