The studios can be located in the Reine Blanche, Olympic or Zenith Residence.
Studio for 4 people (approx. 25m²): living room with single sofa bed + cabin with bunk bed or sofa bed for two people + single bed in the hallway and bathroom with separate WC. The studios can be located in the Reine Blanche Residence.
Studio for 2 to 4 people TypeA (30-35m²): consists of a living room with a single sofa bed, a cabin with bunk beds and a bathroom with separate toilet. The studios can be located in the Eskival, Olympic or Reine Blanche Residence.
Apartment 4 people (1 bedroom + cabin) (approx. 35m²): Living room with sofa bed for two people + cabin with bunk beds for two people + kitchen + bathroom. The apartments can be located in the Residence Eskival, Olympic or Reine Blanche.

Reception of the real estate agency:

Saturdays : 09:00h to 7:30 p.m. (access to the apartments from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., departure from the apartment compulsory before 10:00h. and key delivery at the real estate).
Sundays : 9:00 am to 12:00h pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 12:00h and 15:30h to 19:30hh.

The price does not include:

Towels and sheets.
Tourist tax required by the French government; 1€ person/night. Direct payment on arrival.
Final cleaning

Deposit deposit:

Apartments/studios 2, 3 or 4 people: 350€ per apartment.
Apartments/studios 5/6 people: 400€ per apartment.
Apartments 6 people: 500€ per apartment.
By credit card where you will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that has been detected.

Pets are allowed on request : Supplement per week 35€ (max. 15kg)

About cancellations and modifications: In case of wanting to amend an apartment that influences a change of apartment will be considered as a cancellation.
