About the accommodation

The Araco 3000 Apartments are located in the village of Pas de La Casa, in the parish of Encamp, at an altitude of 2,000 metres above sea level and directly on the slopes of the Grandvalira ski resort.

It is a new and recently furnished building, only 200 metres from the ski lifts that give access to the ski slopes. As for its facilities; all of them are equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker and kitchenware.

The distribution of the apartments is as follows:

1 bedroom apartments for 2 people: they have a bedroom with a double bed or 2 single beds and a small living-dining room, kitchen and bathroom.

Apartments 2 - 4 people: one bedroom with a double bed or 2 single beds and a double sofa bed in the living-dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
Apartments 2 - 4 people with terrace: they have a double bedroom (with double bed or twin beds) and a double sofa bed in the living-dining room, kitchen, terrace and bathroom.
Apartments 2 - 5 people: they have a double bedroom (with double bed), a double sofa bed and another single sofa bed in the living-dining room, kitchen and bathroom.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Reception: From 17:00h to 20:00 hours.

If you are arriving after 20:00h. you must call the front desk to let them know your arrival time. The telephone number will be provided on your travel voucher, during check-in hours.

Surcharge in case of late check in:

- Key handovers until 20:00h free of charge.

- Key delivery from 20:01h to 00h00 hours surcharge of 20€ to be paid directly on arrival. (Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance).

- Key delivery from 00:01h01h to 02:00h surcharge of 35€ direct payment on arrival. (Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance).

- Key delivery from 02:01 am surcharge of one full day more.

Deposit deposit of 150 € per apartment or studio, by credit card, which will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that is detected.

On the last day of your holiday, when you leave the apartments you must leave the kitchen and kitchenware clean and tidy, as well as deposit the waste in the relevant containers. In the case of non-compliance with these requirements the accommodation may retain part of the deposit as a penalty.
