About the accommodation

Apartments located in the town of Chamonix , a few meters from the access to the funiculars   from the ski resort.

When they arrive at their destination they should go to the real estate   We will provide you at the time of confirming the reservation. They will be responsible for providing you with the keys to your accommodation.

The location of the apartments / studios are to be confirmed and will be indicated at the time of arrival at the real estate (if you need us to advance the exact location you should contact us). The real estate agency will try to ensure that if there is more than 1 studio or apartment in the same reserve, to sign them in the same building, but it cannot be guaranteed , in case of not having availability in the same building, it will be that you are located as close as possible.

The location and address of the website and on the confirmation voucher are from the real estate.

  • Real estate reception schedule:

It is open from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturdays open from 09.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. For arrivals later than 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, you must contact the real estate directly to inform you of the collection of keys.

  • Accommodation distribution according to capacity:
    • Studios 4 people: Living room with sofa bed for two people + folding + kitchen + bathroom.
    • Apartment 4 people: Living room with sofa bed for two people + room with 2 beds or bunk beds for two people + kitchen + bathroom.
    • Apartment for 6 people: A double room + double bunk beds + living room with sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom.


The price does not include: towels, sheets and tourist fees required by the French government. Nor the final cleaning.

 

If you want the apartments offer the possibility of renting both bed linen and bath linen (duvet covers, towels, etc.). So, let the hotel know the number of couples and single people (to find out what types of beds they need to prepare). Or, you can bring your own from home.

You can also hire an extra fine cleaning service.

Upon arrival you must pay the tourist fee established by the French government. Direct payment on arrival.
