Room was very hot.. Receptionist of the sauna tells you that the Sauna and stuff is not ideal for kids under 5 yo and didn't let my kid in. We didn't know that, our original plan was to spend some time in the hot tub / jacuzzi / pool with my kid but we couldn't.

The hotel was well located for access to Funicamp on foot. The rooms were well heated, bit breakfast and dinner buffets were good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room cleaning staff had strange behaviour: the first day, they didn’t clean the floor; the second day, the room was clean, but a pair of socks was on the floor, in the middle of the room, definitely not where I had left them; another day, they threw away my husband’s contact lenses, 4 new unopened cases that had been placed on the bathroom counter.

It does what it says on the tin as a 2-star hotel, basic but clean rooms, good selection of food at breakfast and the warm pastries are a real treat. The staff are very friendly, and rooms are cleaned each day. The location only a few minutes walk from the telecabin is excellent

Very far from 4 stars. The rooms are completely worn out. The main door does not locked. The lock is broken. The shower is very very small and cramped and uncomfortable. The fan in the bathroom is not working properly and all the unpleasant smells fill the apartment. They didn't think to clean the balcony at all. We got a room without a cleaning service and without a towel change service, which was not listed in the agreement. We will never go back there and will not recommend to anyone.

I was in general very disappointed with Pas in general, I thought it was a better place for skiing and with family. The hotel itself was decent, but the rooms were extremely noisy and hot. The staff, with the exception of one boy who seemed to lack knowledge, were pleasant and efficient. The rest were great. Breakfast was tasty too.

They only provide you with a bottle of water, clean glasses, and coffee capsules on the first day, leaving the glasses dirty and lacking coffee capsules on subsequent days. I asked for clean glasses and coffee capsules, and they refused. Let's not forget this is a 4-star hotel. There was not a kettle in the room either; they ran out of them.

The hotel is in the best position if you want to ski. You just walk across the road and get on the Grandvalira cabin lift which takes you up to half way on the mountain. Ideal if you want to go to ski school as well the hotel has parking but if you have a car like me i parked across the road at the under ground carpark in the lift station and you can get a reduction by using your lift pass as iam older and dont like carrying skis i left them in the car at the station so got in the lift in the morning no ski s to carry.The food in the hotel is great and they have a chef who will cook you a steak to your likeing.you could put on weight if you were not carefull.And the beds are very comfortable when you are old like me and have achy bones like me. The staff are wonderfull i shall return again Wayne.

Excellent 2nd stay at the Yomo Patagonia through Esquiades.com. Fantastic location for the chair lift being only 50m away. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Food is alright too good. Wi-Fi is weak, we were on a different floor this time and I wonder if the Wi-Fi extension was on the top floor as last time on floor 6 was good. Will stay here again without a second thought. Esquiades.com is an excellent company that you can actually speak to someone if you have a problem. 10/10
