Friendly, modern, clean. Breakfast and dinner should open earlier. Slopes open at 8:30/9am, so breakfast starting at 8am is too late. Its 200mts walk to the slopes and people have yet to get their equipment. it becomes very messy with big cues for everything. I believe a 30min window both at breakfast and dinner would help.

Room type described as DELUX; not sure what the difference is between delux and standard but for us it wasn't something we would describe as being delux. Loose Floor tiles, Bathroom door handle would fall off constantly! Very noisy from being adjacent to the road where 'people' noise was intrusive. The walls between rooms are thin/uninsulated as we could clearly hear the occupants next door. The room was uncomfortably hot without any control and we could not leave the window open due to the outside noise. We never managed to get eggs cooked to order because there was always a long queue at this station, as there was with the bread station where some people were often busy cutting large amounts of bread which were clearly for lunchtime sandwiches with no respect for those waiting behind them.

The location, staff, spa and facilities were excellent. As a family it was lovely bringing the kids to the thermal spa and much needed after a day skiing. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the location to the gondola is perfect. Esquiades was great to deal with and easy to book all that was needed for an amazing first time skiing trip.

The food in the buffet was mediocre.

The location is fantastic. 2 minute walk to the hire shops and telecabina. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. Breakfast is plentiful and ok.

There is a bar/club under the hotel and the parties go on until 4 in the morning. On our first night we could not sleep. The noise was incredible. Not just noise but vibrations. I had to go down in the middle of the night twice to ask for them to turn it down. They said they would speak to the bar owner but nothing happened. If you like sleep then this hotel probably isn’t for you.

The biggest apartment I have stayed in Andorra by far (and I go there a LOT), Location is great to get to the PAL sector by car, only 7min drive. Nice and quiet, no issues with noisy neighbors.

No supermarkets in Pal town itself, but La Masana is only a few minutes drive and plenty of shops there.

Fast, free WiFi & close to ski lifts.

Very poor quality furniture, much smaller room than expected, beds too close, badly designed kitchen and general layout. No privacy on the balcony and very noisy through the night. Lack of supplies (e.g toilet roll, bin bags & no oven) and an incredibly strict list of instructions of how to leave the room upon check-out.

Very good facilities, recently renovated and with lots of technology. The infrastructure, ski racks and other areas are very well designed. It is an excellent place for individuals and groups of friends. The wifi works very well.
