Horrible! We booked and after getting the confirmation, called the contact in details, he said he didn't had any reservation, he didn't even had his room in Esquiades only booking and airbnb, but the photos was his apartment. Called esquiades multiple times as we were going next day, it took almost 2h, and they sent new details of another booking, called it, she said the reserve was ok on my name but made thru Booking, and the codes to pick up key wouldn't work, I had to give my nr so that she could send me codes, if I relied on Esquiades and not call owner I'd be unable to pick key at 3AM...

The location is perfect to get to the slopes. All the staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were also quite nice and with variety. They have a small parking, so if you are going by car is definitely worth to place your car there, just reserve ahead of time to make sure you get a spot. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Walls are so thin from footsteps to very loud rowdy school groups you could not even begin to try sleeping before 11:30pm !! Only complaint the noise was consistently unacceptable for the duration of the stay.

The staff were very friendly

The rooms were too warm during the night even with the windows open. The food was cold in particular the breakfast could have done with a microwave. Choice of children’s food in the evening was non existent.
