The Aramón Group starts with its summer offer next Saturday, July 6. Enjoy nature, climb the Cogulla Peak or the Rincón del Cielo viewpoint accompanied by a guide, discover the Asnos and Sabocos lakes with a mountain expert, or enjoy a barbecue at an altitude of almost 2,000 meters. Aramón is preparing the summer season in Cerler and Panticosa, which starts in a few weeks and can be enjoyed until September 1.

Become a mountaineer

The Cogulla Peak, the Rincón del Cielo viewpoint and the Sarrau pass will be the destinations of the Conviértete en Montañero program in Cerler, while in Panticosa the protagonists will once again be the Asnos and Sabocos lakes. These are simple excursions in which those who come to the Aramón resorts will be able to enjoy with the help of a mountain guide.

Conviértete en Montañero' aims to bring these places closer to visitors with less experience in a safe way, although it is also an attractive activity for those who, having already taken their first steps in hiking, want to know a little more about the flora and fauna of these mountains.

The experience is free for those who purchase a ticket for the Panticosa cable car or the El Molino de Cerler chairlift, being necessary to sign up before the start of the activity until full capacity is reached. In Panticosa, it takes place every day, while in Cerler it is held on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Panticosa becomes a center of summer activities

Little Giants

And for children, one more year we have Pequeños Gigantes (Little Giants ) in Cerler. These are fun introductory workshops to mountaineering and nature so that children become fond of the mountain.

In addition to the organized activities, visitors can also choose to go on free excursions in these places, mountain bike descents, trail running routes or enjoy the panoramic holiday by ski lift and a good barbecue at the foot of some of the highest peaks in the Pyrenees.

A high altitude restoration

In Cerler, Remáscaro, the starting point, will be open until 6 p.m. so that visitors can say goodbye to the afternoon in the middle of nature, at the foot of the Pyrenean giants; as well as the panoramic restaurant El Bosque to enjoy in a fresh and spectacular environment.

In the case of Panticosa will operate the Petrosos cafeteria and its terrace, the ideal place to enjoy the spectacular mountains of the Tena Valley.

Panticosa mountain biking destination

All this will be the perfect complement to other activities promoted by these tourist destinations during the summer, sporting and cultural events that make these mountain valleys a great attraction for summer holidays: Pirineos Sur, the Festival Tocando el Cielo, the Trail Aneto-Posets, the Trail Valle de Tena, a DHI European Cup race in Panticosa.

Pirineos Sur, the high mountain concert hosted by Panticosa.

In this way, Panticosa is committed to downhill skiing at an international level. In the past, the Panticosa resort hosted a downhill World Cup in 1996 and has hosted several events of the Spanish Cup and the Spanish Championship. Holding the IXS European Downhill Cup in Panticosa is just the first step in the strategy to promote Panticosa as an international mountain biking destination, especially downhill.
