The Igloo Hotel exceeds last season by 50% of customers
Like every season, the arrival of spring marks the end of the Hotel Igloo , the only hotel built entirely with snow located in southern Europe and the most unique establishment in Grandvalira. A total of 425 people have decided to spend the night in this original hotel, which represents 20% more than last season.
For its part, the dinners offered by the hotel have also continued to be positioned as one of its main claims for all those who want to enjoy a unique experience at 2,350 meters high . This year, 926 people have enjoyed its exquisite cuisine by dining in the recently expanded dining room or in the new hot dome located on the hotel terrace.
In total, the hotel has been visited by 1,400 people since its opening in December; 50% more than last season . The hotel has hosted this season the celebration of unique private events such as an original Scottish wedding or the parade of technical clothing of the Italian firm La Sportiva.

The most popular après-ski area of Grandvalira prepares for the last weekend of the season with an exceptional sign. The person in charge of closing the season will be Edu Imbernon , one of the most recognized Spanish DJs on the international scene who was part of the Coachella Festival last year, probably the most important music festival in the world.
This last first level performance, will put the finishing touch to an exceptional season for L'Abarset, with very positive numbers of public influx. In total, 50,000 people have enjoyed the good atmosphere of the terrace of the popular establishment of the El Tarter sector that this year has hosted a total of 40 parties and important DJs of the international scene such as Wally Lopez, Miky Puig, Dj Nano, Dj Uner, Tony Varga, and the dj's of Nasty Bass and Crappy Tuesdays.
Among the novelties of this emblematic space at the foot of the Grandvalira slopes, the expansion of the terrace that currently has 200m2 including a bar area, new services and a new giant screen stands out .

The Avet Track: stage of the last course
The sports calendar ends this weekend in Grandvalira with the SPRINT course that will take place next Saturday, April 9 on the Avet track of the Grandvalira-Soldeu sector. The event, organized by the Andorran Mountaineering Federation, will take place in the morning and will precede the awards of the Andorra Mountain Ski Cup , scheduled at the Piolets Park & Spa hotel in Soldeu.
