The Andorran Ski Federation (FAE) and the technical members the ski clubs (U14, U16 and FIS) of the Principality train on the slope of Les Canals de Ordino Arcalís , taking advantage of the good conditions of the end of season snow . Every day, from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., and until May 10, the resort opens ski lift 3 and makes the ski run available to these skiers for training.
The director of the FAE, Xavier Coll , has explained that these technical sessions serve to launch the new season, and that 'better to do them at home than having to move to other places, such as the Alps', with all that entails . In this way, the resort also gets performance on the track, the existing snow is used and the federation and the clubs do not have to travel outside the country to do their workouts.
