From this past Saturday, February 9 and until March 30, snow and beer enthusiasts can live a unique experience at the foot of the slopes that combines mountain cuisine, beer, music and fun thanks to San Miguel.

The brand will install in six ski resorts in the Pyrenees (Masella, Baqueira Beret, La Molina, Espot, Boí Taüll and Grandvalira) a space inspired by the old base camps where you can relax and taste three menus inspired by authentic mountain cuisine cooked in authentic barbecues:

Pirineus Menu: chickpeas, noodles, meatballs and black sausage are the key ingredients of the Aranese pot, the protagonist of this menu. Perfect for those who need a warm and comforting dish. San Miguel Especial, made through a cold ripening process that integrates the flavors and endows with greater persistence and a more intense cereal aroma is the perfect pairing.

Los Andes Menu: formed by two skewers of 200 gr. of marinated pork tenderloin and veal with rosemary. This dish is accompanied with San Miguel Selecta, which stands out for its pleasant bitterness and subtle toasted notes.

Les Alps Menu: the option for vegans comes from these zucchini, mushrooms, onions, green and red peppers, cherry tomatoes and eggplant skewers. With a unique flavor and a floral aroma, the San Miguel Manila variety is perfect for pairing this dish.

Free Concerts

Several artists and DJs will be in charge of putting pace to this après-ski experience. Among them, the public will be able to enjoy the delicate melodies and lyrics of Delafé, from the DJ set of Miqui Puig, who stands behind the plates to turn around musical hits of all time, and Nasty Mondays , one of the best rock and roll parties in Barcelona present every Monday in the Apollo room.

The kick-off of this après-ski experience took place this Saturday, the 9th in the 'base camp' mounted on the Pla de Masella . The people in charge of making the attendees dance were Bigott , who presented his latest album called “Friendly Monsters”, and DJ Amable , one of the best-known names in the Razzmatazz room in Barcelona, where he is a resident DJ.
