2 Activities and events planned for the weekend at Grandvalira

Throughout the end of next week, Grandvalira will host the Salomon Quest Challenge. In this challenge, participants will demonstrate their skill in various disciplines in the snow. More than 300 participants, who must test as a giant, a ski cross a big air, freeride testing, counseling challenges and a photography competition is expected. The contest is presented in two categories, one Challenge and a family. In the latter, one member at least must be between 8 and 15 years. Un village where material is exposed and where the awards ceremony will be held is also installed. The Salomon Quest Challenge has 4 stops on the Iberian Peninsula. It has already been held in Baqueira and Masella, the third is in Grandvalira and end in Sierra Nevada.

Excellent snow forecast for the next days Grandvalira

With regard to snow conditions, Grandvalira continues with 100% of its open ski extension, or what is the same, 210 kilometres and 118 slopes available for snow lovers. On the last night have fallen 11 cm of new snow and the dimension currently ranges between 100 and 170 cm of powder snow. The resort also snow parks will be open and in good condition.
