Upon arrival, it is necessary to pay a deposit of €250 by credit or debit card that will be refunded after check-out, once the good condition of the accommodation has been verified.

Sunny Three Star Apartment

About the deposit:

When they contact you, they will provide you with an IBAN (or current account number) so that you can make the deposit. Which is € 150. Once your stay is over, they will check that everything is as it was provided to you, and thus, they will refund this amount.

• Studio 3F Velasquez:Lovely studio that features a diaphanous space, with a double sofa beda double sofa bed and a bunk bed + a fully equipped kitchenette + bathroom with shower and toilet + a nice balcony overlooking the mountains and the ski slopes.
• Duplex apartment Perdiu Blanca 56: Duplex apartment of 76.62 m² completely renovated chalet style, for 6 people, directly on the slopes.
• Apartment Dolsa 5.1: Apartment very bright and completely renovated, for 5 people of 43.73 m² directly on the slopes. Ithas a double bedroom + dining room with double sofa bed and 1 folding bed for one person.

The apartments can have double bed or single beds, the type of beds can not be guaranteed.

The accommodations have TV, living room, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and linen service.

A damage deposit of 150€ will be required upon arrival and will be paid in cash. It will be refunded upon check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded in cash upon check-out.

Cleaning service is not included, 60€ will be withdrawn if the studio is not delivered completely clean.
