La Solana 3000 5 Star Apartments are located in Pas de la Casa, a beautiful mountain village located at the foot of the Grandvalira ski resort. The apartments are located between 300 and 500 metres from the slopes, right in front of the Magic Pas hotel and in the center of Pas de la Casa.

They can accommodate up to 4 people and have a kitchen equipped with everything you need for a holiday in the mountains, bathroom and living room with TV.

Distribution of the apartments:

• Apartment 2/4 people. It is all in the same environment, without separate bedrooms. The studio has a kitchen area, living and sleeping area (with two double sofa beds or a double sofa bed and a trundle bed) and bathroom.

In either case the bedrooms can have either 2 single beds or a double bed in each of them, the customer can ask for bed preference although it will not be confirmed until arrival.

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and kitchenware. In addition, bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. In addition, a small cleaning kit is included for the first few days.

Check-in Terms and Conditions later than 19:30hh will have an additional cost of 30€.

On arrival at the apartments will have to pay a deposit of 1500€ in cash or credit card. The day of check-out the charge will be refunded if there is no problem.

In case of not leaving the villa clean at the time of check in the accommodation may charge a surcharge.

The apartments are located in the village of Pas de la Casa, the highest village in Andorra and one of the highest in Europe.

The AC Lake Placid Apartments complex has different apartments, all located in the same building.

• Superior apartment for 4 people (Lake Placid 619): It is located in Pas de la Casa, in the Lake Placid building, and a few meters from the chairlift 4. It has been recently renovated, with capacity for 2-4 people. Its distribution is 1 bedroom, living room and a kitchen with everything you need for your holiday.
• Apartment for 6 people (Lake Placid 908): It is located in Pas de la Casa, in the Lake Placid building , and a few meters from the chairlift 4. With its capacity for 6 people, it is distributed in two rooms: one with 1 double bed and the other with 1 bunk bed for 2 people. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed for another 2 people. In addition, it has a kitchen with breakfast bar and a recently renovated bathroom. It also has views over the Pedrous mountain and the village of Pas de la Casa.

The Envalira Vacances Apartments are several apartments located in El Pas de la Casa, with access to the ski slopes very close to the accommodations.

Each accommodation is distributed in different buildings in the village of Pas de la Casa.

Check-in Terms and Conditions: are from 16:00h and 23:00hh. For arrivals outside the usual schedule you must inform the apartments with a minimum of 24 hours. In this way, they will explain how to access the apartment.

Cleaning: is included in your booking, and also includes bed linen and towels.

When you leave, the apartment should be left clean and tidy and throw away the garbage.

Apartment 52 Madriu: Beautiful apartment with capacity for six people. It has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed + a double sofa bed in the living room + an equipped kitchenette + bathroom with shower and toilet and beautiful views of the mountains and ski slopes.

Apartment 22 Madriu: Apartment for up to 5 people. It has 51m² distributed in a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a renovated kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with bathtub.

Apartment 23 Madriu: Apartment with capacity for up to 5 people. It has 52m² distributed in a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a single bed, a renovated kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with bathtub.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 will be requested on arrival, to be paid in cash. It will be refunded upon check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded in cash upon check-out.

The cleaning service is not included, we will proceed to the withdrawal of 60€ if the studio is not delivered completely clean.
