Vallnord - Pal Arinsal said goodbye to the summer this Tuesday, October 12 with very positive figures. The resort closes the summer exceeding its objectives: it generates 2.3 million euros, 15% more than the 2019 season , the year that hosted the UCI BTT World Cup (and 43% more than the 2020 season). The most important increases in this turnover have been noted in Snowplus, with an increase of 79%, in Mountain Park activities with an increase of 54% , merchandising products with 19%, and finally, in restaurant services with a growth of 5% . For the first time in history, it equals the percentage of winter and summer turnover (to take into account the atypical winter season 2020-2021) being 50/50 and becoming a record summer in turnover.

In terms of occupancy, a total of 74,708 customers have been received in the different services offered by the resort . The day with the most influx, on August 18, was the most visited with a total of 2,526 customers among all ski areas of the resort. The booking of the Bike Park ski passes and the activities in the Mountain Park could be made online or directly at the ticket office. A point to highlight is that online bookings have increased to 87% compared to 2019 , a situation that shows that customers prefer to anticipate, benefit from online discounts and guarantee distancing measures.

The good weather and the desire to do outdoor activities have been reflected in the results of the Mountain Park and the Bike Park. The resort has been able to open all 99 days and meet its target of days marked on the calendar, along with all the stipulated events over many weekends and with more than 5,000 particitrousers in total . The Skyrace Comapedrosa World Cup, the Maxiavalanche and the Catalan Cup stand out mainly.
